Reply to mass public e-mail from Tea Party here locally.
Original post made by Very Concerned about the Patriot leader, Foothill Place, on Mar 18, 2010
Open mass e-mail to the Pleasanton community as follows, my response indicated by (>>).
Hello Patriot RadicalPatriot, >>(I added the comma)
Ok everyone. They are most likely going to VOTE for HEALTH CARE THIS weekend--MOST WITHOUT EVEN READING THE BILL still. I have read it and some of the things in it are beyond horrible.
>> I find it curious that you continue to keep up on, read and understand a 2000 page Bill that has been in transformation daily, two versions none the less so 4000 pages and that you continue to run the P-Town Tea Party Movement and run a busy "Christian based" Mental Health Counceling Business here in town.
I for one am appalled that I will need to make the GOVERNMENT privy to my patients personal information--name, address, MENTAL HEALTH HISTORY, treatment plan, etc. Need to see someone for depression?? Maybe your teenager has a little anxiety?? Well everyone including your employers, the government, you name it, now will have access to your records--it will be out of my hands as a therapist. Privacy in regards to your personal information will all but evaporate this weekend if this passes. Democrat, Republican, Independent, THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER!
>> These are outright untruthful statements, which is appauling and a big concern, coming from someone of your stature, who clearly does understand Professional Code Of Ethics as well as Federal Medical Privacy Act. Nothing in any of any version of any Bill voids current Federal Law as it related to Privacy and heath care Dr B, so what gives with your rhetoric?
As a "licensed Mental Heath Care Professional" you have a duty of conducting yourself in a clearly defined manner, as you have major influence over people under emotional duress! You are also health to Fedaeral and State level mandates. I feel that what you e-mail crosses these line clearly and I have brought this to the attention of other entities, as have other concerned citizens.
Do we need reform? Yes. But with all the unnecessary bureaucratic "junk" in this bill--trust me, it is not reform! This is scary stuff.
>>This is a concern and I give you that 100%
Just wanted to speak a little from experience and share ONE reason why personally I am fighting this. I am fighting this for you!
>> Again, unethical and crossing the line as a Mental Heath Care Professional. Just as not telling the truth to the community as related to the issues, instilling anger and fear, then being paid to resolve these angers and fears with you Tea Party "Christian Base" clientele here locally. RECUSE!
And please let them know that if they don't try and talk Queen Pelosi out of "deeming" this as law, we will politely remove her scepter from her hand and I will let you decide where to put it.
>> How very "Christian" as you so clearly promote yourself to be in mass every e-mail.
zP.S. The spelling is
As a Christian woman, I will leave it at that.
>> Need I say more her? Ironic! Clearly!
LOVE you all and may God Bless this great nation and may it not be "Slaughtered!!"! Nevermind how this will finacially affect this country...
>> ( !!"! ) As a most educated woman, this is a very clear indication that you are TOO busy to slow down and read even close to a continuing 4000 combined pages of these bill. Clearly!
(oh and thank you to the wonderful "mole" patriot who keeps pretending to be "me" and posting things on the Pleasanton Weekly website! You rock! Thanks to you, you are driving a TON of people to our website and helping our cause IMMENSELY. We have DOUBLED in number--Thank you!! But please be respectful and leave my family out of your posts from now on...that's just hitting below the belt and cause for investigation. Thank you! )
>> A TON of prospective new clients, running to your website? So you clearly endorese this very conversation, as it will drive another TON of folks who have NO idea what Tea Party or your business represent? O.K. Are you consuming herb Tea Good Doctor?
WWJD? Not what your doing in my humble opinion!
P.S. Never Mind, not "Nevermind" and Financially, not "finacially" and RadicalPatriot, not "RadicalPatriot". You're welcome!
