Monday was close, it was cold and overcast with rain and a hail storm by 4 in the afternoon.

For Tuesday, the Tri-Valley is expected to be sunny with a high temperature of 57 degrees by mid-day. Northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph are anticipated.
