Regardless, illegals get DMV licenses by just plain asking for one, also for bribing DMV employees, & they get them on street corners.

But illegals are NOT just selected to serve on a Jury, but in Cal's obsession with social engineering manipulation, illegals are also given free-ride scholarships.... over Ca born honor students. Closer to home, they get to rent Pleasanton & Livermore's limited LOW-income housing that YOU and I subsidize !! Have your kids moved back home with you yet?..when they're turned away for not being 'eligible' ?

Surely you remember the FRAUD & BRIBE scandal involving several East Bay DMV employees last year, and the arrests of a RING of DMV employees taking bribes or 'selling' licenses about 8 years ago in CoCo County.

Sounds like someone's looking for an excuse to skip a court date.

Two records are used when figuring out who is eligible to serve on a jury -- driving records and voter registration records.

That's right -- jury duty is punishment for good citizenship!
