You feel that earthquake today?

An earthquake occurred at 10:09:35 AM (PST) on Thursday, January 7, 2010.

The magnitude ? (not yet determined) event occurred 10 km (6 miles) ENE of Milpitas, CA.

The hypocentral depth is 8 km ( 5 miles).

Newer info from USGS...

A light earthquake occurred at 10:09:35 AM (PST) on Thursday, January 7, 2010.

The magnitude 4.1 event occurred 10 km (6 miles) ENE of Milpitas, CA.

The hypocentral depth is 9 km ( 6 miles).

I just posted the same question. I felt it, I was in my bedroom getting ready and I felt a shake, it was around 10:10 or 10:15 am thursday 1/7

No big deal. I was in kaiser Dr office. We each looked at each other...'did U feel that'. Radio & Tv however, made it sound like a big deal. They did feel it in Mt View....so not just the East Bay.
