Dirt biker rescued after falling down steep hill southeast of Livermore

A California Highway Patrol helicopter crew assisted yesterday in the rescue of a dirt biker who fell off his vehicle on a steep dirt trail in the Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area southeast of Livermore, according to the CHP.

Repelled? Repel?

Maybe the writer (and editor) should have checked word meanings more closely,- the correct words are rapelled and rappel.
