Bay Bridge lane closures during off-peak hours to continue indefinitely

The California Department of Transportation announced Thursday it is closing one to two lanes of traffic on both decks of the Bay Bridge during off-peak hours indefinitely in an effort to reduce the speed of motorists.

They should have never built the s-curve in the first place. After the big earthquake they should have just built a new bridge at that point instead of making these quick "fixes" to the present structure.
