I read where the game was going to be showed live by TV30 this evening and not simply videotaped to be shown later. I guess I will find out tonight which of the two articles is correct.

This is always a great night of football. A wonderful experience for any Pleasanton citizen - to get out and see these teams.
I'll be there as I have been for almost 20 years. Regardless of who you root for, in my opinion, this game is a great way to enjoy our own version of Rivalry football under "Friday Night Lights".
And, it's also another example of why living in our city is so special.

Great tradition that we miss. Now residents of Ariona we do miss the neighborhood and community we lived in. Our children all attended Foothill. Go Foothill!

Foothill is a major underdog but should be a good game either way. It would be FANTASTIC if TV30 was to air it live. I don't know if they have the capability to do that outside of the studio but it would be great for TV30, Pleasanton and fans or the sport and teams. I hear it would benifit Amador to lose to avoid DLS early in NCS but even if that's true they will be playing to win tonight. I just hope for no injuries, good sportsmanship and a competetive game.

Amador came out quick and put 14 pts up then nothing. Foothill put up 24 unanswered even while fumbling the ball on AV's goal line and losing the ball. Langford missed a gimme early but then nailed a 45 and it would have made it at 55 and the game was over. It's still going on but it's over for AV. Foothill deserved it, wanted it and took it. Good luck to both teams in NCS. It was a huge night of upsets with Berkley also losing.

I blaim Friday the 13th. I think Foothill might get 10th in NCS and Amador will get 4th. If AV would have won with Berkeley losing they would have maybe got 2nd. Didn't hurt AV in the schedule but boosted Foothill big time. All and all a win for P-town with regards to NCS. Amador Freshmen won and Foothill JV won. Amador 14 Foothill 31. Foothill still goes 6-4 and Amador went 8-2 with Amador beating all but DLS out of the teams that beat Foothill. What a horrible season for Foothill when they had a Pac-10 QB.
