At the upcoming PUSD Board of Trustees meeting (Oct 27), agenda item 14.2 is for PUSD and the APT to present their initial bargaining proposals in order to initiate formal negotiations.

This is yet another of the four concerns for this community's K-12 education system (new superintendent, contract with APT, potential parcel tax, and election of new board members). At a minimum, the negotiations should be held in public--this is the largest commitment of the district's budget/taxpayer funding.

I was unable to find the full agreement APT on the district's web site, but I also didn't have a lot of time to look. I will look again when I have a chance.
