Problems surface with precinct locations, unwanted absentee ballots

Today's voting went smoothly in most parts of the city, but there were flaws.

Matt spent 13 months tour of duty in Iraq and his right to vote, like many other Pleasanton residents who have similarly served but remain incognito, has special meaning. When we drop the ball on simple things like that described in this article, we disappoint a lot of folks to whom we owe special thanks.
