Helicopter Lands at Sports Park
Around Town, posted by Caren, a resident of the Vineyard Hills neighborhood, on Oct 16, 2009 at 7:50 am

How can the news of a county supervisors son being injuried badly enough for a helicopter to land at the sports park not make it into the paper? Is this an everyday occurance?

Privacy? Seriously? Would you expect the same response if it were a car accident and the victim had to be med-evaced from a visible public place where lots of the city's occupants were present?

Face it....no one has bothered to post the story here because the time was not taken to follow up on initial report, witnessed by hundreds of folks at the park.

Maybe prattle & tattle will post some investigative reporting on the subject.......privacy, my rearend.

Bottom line, let's hope the kid is okay. Give the family the privacy they deserve.
