Real Estate Agents Around Town, posted by Steve, a resident of the Old Towne neighborhood, on Sep 23, 2009 at 11:30 pm
In today’s climate when every minute detail influences the sale of a home the right real-estate agent is critical. We were lucky in that we found such an agent/s. Sue and Dave Flashberger managed the sale of our home this year with flawless execution. With this high stress market place, sellers and buyers expecting more and more the Flashberger’s never lost sight of the human element and made us feel taken care of, rather than just a listing. From prepping the home for sale to finding new accommodations after the sale Sue and Dave’s experience and insight was invaluable. Their entourage of professional contacts, in all aspects of home care, was utilized with fabulous results. Using the latest in technology Sue and Dave delivered our property to the market on all cylinders. Our home sold in short order with Sue and Dave’s clear understanding of the Pleasanton marketplace.

Hi Jerry,
This is an unsolicited testament. Though certainly your skepticism makes since as competition I’m sure is tough in this market and agents may try any ploy. This is not the case here. If you are in need of an agent certainly speak with Sue and Dave to see if this testimonial is on target.

Wow, speaking my honest opinion of service rendered by my agents has caused you such distress… It is as stated, our experience expressed in a few sentences, just an act of appreciation that is all. Never thought it would get this type of reaction. My best to all.

Steve,
I'm sure your agents appreciated the kudos. Just so you know, the question being brought up is whether or not your original post is in violation of one of the the PW "Terms of Use" guidelines:
"You agree not to make posts of a commercial nature that promote a business, product or service."

How to exploit the forum for free advertising. Hey, I would like to recommend my personal product. It's a multi-level scam ... but I'm sure it will fit the bill. Poor taste seems to continually exceed bad judgment
