And what is your point Annon the Anonymous?

Debate and free discussion is the central foundation of the United States of America. No one has resorted to any violence which is also key to the success of such a system. Debate is health and our children are being taught on how to debate in school.

I am sure one can go back and gather all sorts of 'negative' statements when other presidents were in power. This is fundamental to our system!

As someone responded to my blog yesterday... Live with it... Oh, I am not an ultra-right wing conservative either!

Annon, some of the topics you cited were posted by the Editor or are the titles from AP articles. As for the comments within; perhaps you should review some of your comments. It's easy...just do a search.

Also, you should check the boards before the election and see what the left-wing was saying about the Bush administration and Sarah Palin. Until then, your little bibliography is woefully incomplete and unbalanced regarding nasty political posts.

Maybe your time would be better spent seeking gainful employment.

Since you continually use your term 'flame baiting', perhaps you are suited for employment somewhere in the Castro district of SF. I hear that town is very liberal, so you should fit in very well.

>> So proud American,

"Violence is key to the success of such a great system"??

The type of debate that is going on in this forum, is what you advocate be taught to our children??

Explain??

Steve,

Not very constructive hear? You insinuate that:

A) I am a troll

B) I am not employed

C)That I should be on Castro (by the way "flame baiting" IS the accepted standard term used to describe behavior on line that is mean to start fights.

Look, I am guilty of posting out of frustration and emotion just like many of us. These are VERY tense economic times for everyone. We all lived VERY well in the comfort of MORE anytime we wanted for SO long.

I really feel that the economic situation, the stress on the job, the fear is really creating anger and frustration for all of us.

I am frustrated that with Obama in office only six months that people suggest that he created the underlying problems.

I, like many Liberal do NOT buy into every policy and decision of ANY President or Politician. Sme of my best friends are Conservative and or Republican and we discuss issues and get along fine.

Annon, you seem to be the same person who is fond of using the term "[Portion removed due to disrespectful comment or offensive language] ". Cut the holier-than-thou act. The insults have gone both ways and I'd say the comments hurled from the left have been the most offensive. Racists, [Portion removed due to disrespectful comment or offensive language] , haters....it goes on an on.

Did you not add that to your post above? It reads as though you flagged a post by SteveP.

Proud American,

Thanks for making others "proud to be Americans." We reserve the right to disagree with each other. Those that want to bash the "left" or "right" are free to do so. That is one of the most fundamental rights we have. I have not agreed with many Presidential decisions because they almost always seem to be catering to a special interest group. We need a leader who will stand up for what is best for the country. I hope someday soon we find him or her.

Mee Too,

Here's the problem.. Like the guy who said "Pleasanton-gee I thought that town was pleasant.." This community has a much higher ratio of more radical right than most any other Bay or East Bay community.

The result SEEMS to be a really nasty and vocal movement that is VERY negative and hostile.

I know, I will get a response "move away"..

You see, I PAY my TAXES, honor my Country and RESPECT the Leaders.

We as a family CONTRIBUTE to our community and schools, so I just wish there were more positive communication etc.

Don't move away, just provide your factual evidence that "This community has a much higher ratio of more radical right than most any other Bay or East Bay community"...

I hope you're not judging "this community" by what's written on an Internet Forum such as this...
