I find the desire for a moratorium to be very un compassionate. Who cares about the person you say doesn't look sick? I do. You don't have to look sick to suffer with Crohns, You don't have to "look sick" to be sick. No one but medical doctor can give an evaluation of legitimate sickness. the statistics are doctored to show favor towards prohibition. california law requires patient's have safe access. I suppose the council would rather them turn to the dangerous streets which ARE full of crime and violence. Marijuana users are law abiding citizens with real medical problems mitigated by medical marijuana.

I don't have an issue with medical marijuana, but the dispensaries are a joke. Medical Marijuana needs to be regulated and dispensed through pharmacies like any other drug. Until that happens the whole program will continue to be a joke.
