New Preschool at old Kinderkirk site

Just wondering if anyone knows what preschool is moving into the neighborhood at the old Kinderkirk location 4300 Mirador Ave. I am looking to place my children in preschool now and am wondering if anyone has any information. I saw a sign hanging on the fron of the buiding?
