Jeb, the movie School of Rock will be shown on August 6th not tonight. That is what was written in the first article written about movies in the park.

.. before too many people show up and are disappointed. Sounds as if the movies were scheduled for *every other* Thursday, not every Thursday, per Jeb's original article in early July:

The original article was incorrect in that next Thursday's show is not Aug. 4th, but Aug. 6th.

Yes, School of Rock will be shown Aug. 6, not tonight. Sorry for the confusion. We've taken down the story.

They got the August 6th right in this article but not for the August 20th movie.

This is socialism! Showing a "free" movie in a "community" park where hard working American's tax dollars are being spent. This can only lead to further Socialistic programs like "free" schools, "free" police and fire services, and "free" parks. Where will the insanity stop? We must act now and rise up against Obama's Socialist agenda and put a stop to all these Socialist programs. My tax dollars should only be spent on programs and services that benefit "me" directly. I cannot bear paying for all those hippy, granola eating layabouts to watch movies in some park. Just say no to Socialism!!!
