Jay,
I want to thank YOU for your service to our country. You are a HERO, an American Patriot who served both in the US Army and the US Navy. I am grateful to you for all you have done in service to our great nation. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten by those who know and love you.

You have added something very special to our community, our own local hero. It is a blessing for those who had the privilege to give of their time to help you.

It is an honor to know you Jay.
