Cholo says he is leaving this forum!

Posted by CHOLO, a resident of Livermore, 2 hours ago

Due to the overwhelming hate towards me I have decided to move on to the Livermore Weekly. You all will miss me and my sheep.

Yeah right. I promiss you he won't, maybe a name change but it won't take long to figure out who he/she is. But in the case he leaves, nice, real nice.

Posted by BA BYE, a resident of the Heritage Oaks neighborhood, on Jun 29, 2009 at 1:15 pm

As of 1:15 pm on Monday he has posted on the same thread twice more. His good bye was 4 hours ago and his hi was an hour ago. So no he's not leaving.

He/she just may be a cross dresser or in the process of a transgender

crisis? Perhaps we should how some kindness and mercy?

Posted by Rae, a resident of the Mohr Park neighborhood, on Jun 29, 2009 at 5:34 pm

If this is the same Amy who seems to take great pleasure in posting the anti-Obama, anti-Democrat, and anti-all things left of far right politics threads, I expect that "kindness and mercy" will be the last thing any one who doesn't agree with you would see.

Rae -

Here's the scoop. Amy has never vilified anyone in her posts. She attacks the positions, not the person.

Can you separate the two out? It seems she can.

Cholo -

You are BUSTED! There is NO Livermore Weekly!

Tee-hee-hee, tee-hee-hee!

Good one.

Oh we can only hope, but I doubt he'll/she'll ever leave...

He she or it is like a mosquito

Mercy and kindness have been shown. You're sweet to consider this. Problem is...it washes off his skin faster than oil on water.

I can't imagine he has the guts to really leave us alone.

hope he leaves the sheep - i have no one to take to first wed.

Considering that in some posts he/she used proper grammar and makes some sense, then in other posts the grammar is way off and the posts are erratic at best, I think "Cholo" is MANY people! I also see a pattern where the "Cholo's" of the Weekly Community do use other names and do start scuffles.

There are ALL KINDS of Whaco's on the internet to say the very least.

Posted by mary, a resident of the Downtown neighborhood, on Jun 30, 2009 at 12:12 pm

IF Cholo is ONE person, I think they are crying for HELP in an odd sort of way.

I could actually see this person writing a suicide note on the weekly!

Posted by c-ya, a resident of the Another Pleasanton neighborhood neighborhood, on Jun 30, 2009 at 2:26 pm

Jon- I think maybe the inconsistency of cholo's writing might be due to the intake of mind altering substances... Just a thought.

Is Cholo the street preacher? I think "cholo" is the combined lunacy of disenfranchised wackos and not a sigle poster.

Posted by Cholo, a resident of Livermore, on Jul 8, 2009 at 6:57 pm

Cholo is for sure a single person, most of the time. I do think when people who post often don't want to sully their good name with some wise crack or rude statement they might use the name Cholo, like I just did. I don't think registering posters will help out much on what people say but maybe we could register our screen names so others can't use them and say outrageous things to reduce a posters credability. Sorry for ruining your name Cholo with some 'normal'talk.

Good idea! Someone is using my name and location as well. The Weekly "forum" format is very weak. There are 2.0 forum formats that blow doors on this. People should have to register to post, like ANY other forum.
