Al Gore to be sued by Weather Channel Founder and 30,000 scientists...and MSM won't even cover this! State, National, International, posted by amy, a resident of the Downtown neighborhood, on Jun 29, 2009 at 10:39 am
The Weather Channel Founder, John Coleman, along with 30,000 scientists are suing Al Gore for his global warming claims ... and NONE of the mainstream media channels...except FOXNEWS will cover this!
The reason Gore is being sued is to bring the scientific evidence out in the open...since Al Gore REFUSES to debate global warming with known reputable scientists. At least in a court of law, the evidence must be out in open.
If this isn't glaring evidence of bias in the media...not to even inform the public of this lawsuit, then you're not paying attention.

He did nothing but report others findings. He basically dumbed down research from ice cores and the like to a high school level for the masses. He did as much science and research as a journalist does. But he gets all the credit, good and bad. Why does the weather channel care? Afraid people won't watch because they already know tommorow will be hotter? This sounds fake but I don't know. Why is that more republicans than democrats do not believe in global warming? Is it that they fear regulations that will hurt the economy? Is it that they don't care about the environment? Is it because Al Gore cashed in before they did? I know, I know, not all republicans....and not all democrats...

Have you even noticed that the government has basically dropped "Global Warming" in favor of "Climate Change"? This way, they can collect money from scared sheep no matter what direction the thermometer goes...
We've had accurate mercury thermometers for about 300 years. Considering the planet is around 4.5 billion years old, we have temperature readings for about .000006% of the life of the planet. This is the equivalent of about 2.5 minutes out of your life (assuming you live to be 80 years old). So if we took your temperature for any two minutes of your life WITH NO OTHER DATA, should we be making conclusions about the other 79.999 years of your life?!?!

I am so sick of "global warming", "climate change", etc. My family is generations of Bay Area, CA residents and the weather simply cycles. It is so predictable that the envronazis are simply silly.
I believe we should take care of the environment - but not out of dire causes that scares everyone into submission. Isn't that exactly what the left accuses the church of and that we need to be liberated from? Why switch to worshipping the created over the Creator?

I remember when I was a kid in the 70's I heard that the next ice age and famine were immimnent and and it scared me s&$&$ss. Now my kids (8 & 10) are convinced that the earth is dying because of humans. Of course they got it from school. If you believe in global warming you probably believe in Santa and the Easter Bunny. Enviromentalism is about controling the masses thru massive regulation and taxes. I'll make a deal with you libs/statest/ you stay out of my life and I'll let you live if you come knocking on my door to limit my liberties. Deal?

Cap and Trade is the prime example of controlling the masses through regulations and taxes.
The president said, during his campaign, that he would drill for oil and natural gas and open seven nuclear power plants. Those on hold now that he’s elected and the eco-extremists control government as well as the press?
