Sadly "Jim" who would often be downtown by Tully's coffee has passes away at age 50.

We have a homeless young man who lives in his van at one of the parking lots in town. It breaks my heart to see this but he manages to hold a job and is often seen climbing out of his old van, straightening his clothes and walking off to work with a briefcase in hand. At least he has a job. For now, anyway.

I sure hope the economy turns around soon.
