For example, the extensive use of heavy machinery at the intersection of Mohr & Greenwood must be adding to the base cost of adding curb grading and truncated domes (the yellow mats mandated by the ADA law designed to assist sight impaired people for any sidewalks built AFTER July, 2001). While agree the curbs should be modified, as a city, we should first focus on modifying all curbs built after the required-by-federal-law date. All other non-mandated curbs should be reworked after we get out of this recession.

Bottom line: We need to know what the budget was for the project and we need a revised estimate of the cost to complete the project.
