It's not easy to leave an abusive relationship--especially if it involves children. But the women who have found the courage to do so often turn to a place such as Tri-Valley Haven.

The work these places do is amazing. They truly are a blessing in our community.

I hope everyone will consider contributing to this organization, or even Shepher's Gate Web Link another organization here in Livermore. They have a donation drop off behind their thrift store and all the proceeds go to these battered women and their precious children.

God bless those of you who do this work!

I left a relationship like this in 2000... lucky to be alive.
God Bless those who do this work!
I never thought it would be me, or my children.
REMEMBER, there are men abused too!! Don't leave them out.... they are the ones that are quiet about it.
