It's all good! Explain it to your Great Grandchildren, since they'll still be paying off this China-backed debt 50 years from now.

These programs will drive up the cost of used cars. Who does that hurt? The people who can least afford it. Maybe to help the poor, the government could just redistribute the gas-guzzlers to the needy!
