Superfranks experience
Comments on Stories, posted by Anon, a resident of the Gatewood neighborhood, on Nov 8, 2007 at 6:57 pm

I recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Superfranks. I was just wondering if any of you has received a bad and discourteous service like I did. The party coordinator never returned phone calls. When I went there to talk to her 2/3 times she was either on a break or was conducting a party. I had to wait for more than an hour to talk to her. Sadly, on the day of the party I discovered that she had given me some misinformation that caused a big confusion. When I asked to talk to the manager to resolve my confusion, I was spoken to by a man named Chris who said he was the manager. He was so rude that he didn't even let me ask what I wanted to ask and actually screamed at me saying I should talk only to the elusive party coordinator and no one else. Our only solace was that we happened to get a nice and helpful woman named Morgan as our party host.

I recently helped to host a large event (about 125 people) at Super Franks around the same time as the original posting. We had a little trouble at first with our planning/getting them to call us back, etc. but we found out that they were in the middle of changes in the management staff. On the night of our event, the current manager was extremely courteous and eager to make things right and make us happy. We talked for a while about their previous issues, and she told us that the owners and new management staff are committed to fixing their semi-tarnished reputation. Give them another chance!
