The Pleasanton Weekly was much better before this odd change in format. Look at page 22 of the recent issue. You barely notice Take Us Along, it looks like an ad. The Take Us Along photo and the Pet of the Week are lost on that page, dwarfed by the want ads. The Weekly claims it is now easier to read. Where did they get the idea it was difficult to read? It is NOW difficult to read. Look at page 16 and 17, the ads overwhelm the On The Town information, which is in extremely thin type. I will not bother to try and read that. The Pleasanton Weekly has become much more toss-able. I used to sit down with it, but now it's just annoying.
