Where in the world are 11,000 more people going to live as we have built a building and every peice of available dirt in town and in addition where are they going to drive as it is almost impossible to get through town now. Oh yes I forgot that when our mayor first ran it was on the issue if fixing the traffic problem when had then.

I wonder why we would be looking to add 11,000 people when we currently have a problem with water supply for the residents we have. This plan seems not to be connected to the realities of our current situation. The plan needs to be amended already.

This is an idea which is not affordable and I would like to see the economics behind the general plan including how many of the city officials who will still be around for its deployment.
