The fair will be closed every Monday this year, meaning carnies will be on the loose. This should cause a spike in transient call, loitering, counterfeiting by people trying to pass tokens off as quarters, golf cart DUIs, and other drug related misdemeanors. Educated guesses more than predictions really.

What's the matter with you? Couldn't knock the bottles over to impress your date? Couldn't shoot out the star to impress you're homies? Got sick on the Merry-go-round?

I'm glad the fair is closed on Mondays because I can come home from work and have a parking space in FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!!!! Carnie Hunter - you don't live by the fairgrounds, what are you worried about. Forget about the carnies think about the residents that live by the fairground and have no parking spaces because everyone is to cheap to pay for parking at the fair but not cheap to go inside!!!!!
