Looks like home sales in Pleasanton are SLOW.
Prices are still way to high given the economy. If you are thinking about buying - wait until 2010 at the earliest for reality to finally come to home prices here.
Of course, there are a lost few that will blame it on a NO vote on the school parcel tax...
