I went to Fontinas on Sunday afternoon with 2 friends and thought I would try something authentic, lets think about it Fontina (Italian). The meatballs, ummmm ya, a bit on the, I just pulled these out of the freezer two days ago and let defrost on the counter. Chewy, no flavor and absent of texture, taste and aroma a spaghetti and meatballs dish should have.
