Have you heard of it? My friend introduced me to it today. It was so FREAKING amazing on a warm day. So refreshing!
I heard it's good for you as well. Anyone tried this before and have information on their nutrition facts? I could not find it on their web site. www.blushyogurt.com

I like FroYo at Quickly. It's tangy frozen yogurt, like yogurt used to be. Blush should have nutrition facts posted for customers, if not, I wouldn't trust them.

Blush is great - very refreshing esp with fresh fruit toppings. Their nutritional information is available at the store on top of the glass case above the toppings. The nutritional content seems to be comparable to fruit flavored non-fat yogurt, like dannon or yoplait.

Mmm... Blush has some awesome yogurt. The health claims are greatly exaggerated, however. There's a ton of sugar in it. Enjoy it for what it is, a sweet dessert to be enjoyed occassionally, not a health food cure-all.

I always look forward to visiting Blush and trying their flavor of the month (currently Green Tea) or any of their other flavors. Please check out this article for more information about Blush:

To be fair, I know the owner as he's so friendly. I don't know how he does it, as he teaches fulltime and then runs the yogurt shop afterschool. I really want him to do well as I'm a hugh fan of blush.
Don't take my word for it.. They have over 200 reviews from yelp. 4 1/2 stars...not bad at all!

Yes, I tried Non-fat tart frozen yogurt at Cafe Delatti in the shopping center next to Raley's. It's just fantastic! I think it's better than Pinkberry!!! They always have a great promotion and supports to the community.

Um, that's interesting. Jane, were you referring to Delatti's owner or Brush's owner? I heard the owner of Delatti is also the full time teacher at SJSU(teaching graphic design) and runs design studio in Milpitas as well.
Anyway, it's good to have something like Delatti near by my house.

Wow, what's the chance that they are both teachers? That's really cool but also really sad that teachers need to have second jobs to be able to live in the bay area.
