Assembly Member Buchanan Helping Bad Teachers

Original post made by local on Oct 2, 2013

The Sacramento Bee had a good piece today on AB 375 which was authored by our Assembly member Buchanan. This piece of legislation is being sold as a way to get rid of bad teachers but actually does the opposite.

Even the California School Boards Association calls AB 375 a "good bill for bad teachers."

There are so many clauses in this legislation that actually help bad teachers stay on the job or have to be paid a lot of money to remove. Time to tell Buchanan that we do not appreciate the harm she is doing to our students, and to tell Gov Brown to veto this piece of legislation, like the Sacramento Bee is asking for.

Phony, Phony, Phony,,,,ms Joan Buchanan. She is ALWAYS UNION FIRST, LAST & FOREVER. WITH HER name on the bill you KNOW it is not about the students...she is all about ' PROTECTING 'BAD, BAD, UNION teachers. This is to give the 'appearance; something is being done.
So glad she'll be GONE !! To fill the vacancy is candidate Catharine Baker...a mother with 10 year old TWINS, who will make schools a top priority!!!

Well, it's obvious that Phony had a bad, bad, bad teacher in regards to punctuation, capitalization and basic sentence structure.
