Factual reporting of how many registered voters that signed any petition should be reported correctly, it wasn't 5000 - ask the City Clerk. Let the development proceed, or the City of Pleasanton could buy the property (and all others like this) at fair market value. That can't happen either. The City doesn't have the money. We could have no "jewels" in Pleasanton either. No Hacienda Business Park, 43 Parks, Downtown, Community, or schools. All of this took some development and fees. Look at the businesses that have located here with workers and residents! All property owners have rights - no matter how small, or big, your house is, or land owned.

So our City Manager either A. Dosen't understand his job. B. Has been given bad advice by our City Attorney. or C. Both?

Our city manager is in fact brilliant!

The judge is a loser.

There's litigation under appeal, and the City's hand are tied up until the appeal process is completed.

The City has approved the project so that's not the issue, Somebody threw a monkey wrench into the mix and now the courts will do a cluster #@#$%%#@.

It's apparent the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, leave out City people out of it, they're tied in knots.

So "Brilliant" that he's beyond upholding the law? And they say Hosterman is arrogant? Give me a break. If the law was working to your benefit in this case then the law would be "brilliant".

"The judge is a loser"? Look in the mirror. At least say IMHO.......
