All lanes are open following a big rig collision and fuel spill on westbound I-580 in Pleasanton early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

It seems like big rig truck drivers are not what they used to be.

They are texting and on the phone. They don't use their signals.

They ride the lane lines....and now they are driving in the fast

lanes! If you're not a carpool, you can't get around them during

carpool hours. Have they changed the law? Are they no longer

restricted to the first two lanes? Unbelievable really. I'm surprised

they're aren't more accidents.
