A San Leandro woman was arrested for several felonies at Macy's in the 1400 block of Stoneridge Mall Road when a clerk called the owner of a credit card being used.

Wow - look through the article and so many instances of thefts or "commercial burglaries" by the Stone Ridge shopping center. Yet police and other "officials" say that the new BART station hasn't brought increased crime to Pleasanton.

Disguised as a bike? In any case, 1) not all criminals travel on BART; 2) those that do, steal small, easily concealable goods; 3)BART has provided the ability for low rent criminals who don't have cars to have easy access to a goldmine of booty that they turn around and hock for drugs. I guess they'll just have to steal more in order to offset the coming fare increases.....tough times for criminal element.
