Maybe because of the racist content of most of your posts as was stated to you clearly in another post on the same topic? Because you seem to be too dumb even to recognize the racist contents of your comments even after several other posters inform you of such? Because you seem incapable of writing anything before your self loathing takes over and corrupts the entire substance of your usually off-track comments? Probably something related to these. Nice try, Stefan. A better guess is that the PW editors simply see the combination of racism and nonsense offered by William as not moving the conversation forward in any sense of the word. I personally think William is seriously ill and in need of medical attention.
