Obama's Red Line
State, National, International, posted by Red Line Obama, a resident of the Another Pleasanton neighborhood neighborhood, on Dec 6, 2012 at 1:51 pm

President Obama has warned the Syrian dictator Hafez Assad that using chemical weapons would be considered "crossing the Red Line". To ad emphasis, he had Miz Clinton repeat that. Then today, he had Leon Panetta repeat that. Whhhoooooh, I'll Assad wet his pants.

This hollow Red Line blustering is about as effective as Obama repeatedly telling Amadi Nut Job that if Iran keeps developing nuclear weapons, that will not be tolerated. Have you noticed how scared Nut Job is?

Probably about as effective as Obama repeatedly telling North Korea that firing test rockets would not be tolerated - they seem really scared too. That little tin-horn dictator is probably hiding under his bed clutching his teddy.

Here's a wake-up call for Obama -- while he has been fiddling, the Genie escaped the bottle. Assad has gone ahead and prepared the Sarin gas. Obama might want to have his chemical suit and gas mask handy in case Addad holds back a few cannisters for other purposes.

Obama might want to read about how Ronald Reagan got Ahmadi Nut Job's attention 32 years ago when Nut Job personally held the American hostages captive; and how he got Muammar Gaddafi's attention in just a few hours time. P. S. It wasn't by repeatedly drawing a new Red Line in the sand.

Dear Red Line Obama,

I'm very impressed with your line of thinking and the way you so elegantly express your thoughts. If you aren't currently in a classroom, you certainly belong in one. Have you thought about starting up your own school? Just a thought.... Keep up the good work!

Well, he-whose-name-is-not-really-Cholo, I bet you'd enjoy very much being in a classroom taught by Red Line Obama.

Thank you for your prescient remarks. I'm certain they'll find great traction among the readership. Please keep up the good work!
