Livermore man and woman plead no contest in drug lab explosion death

A Livermore couple who had been charged with murder for a drug-related explosion that killed a man last year have pleaded no contest to lesser charges and avoided lengthy prison terms.

These sentences are a bad joke. Kill a man and do $350k damage to someone's property gets one year in the pokey and four more of probation. It's sickens me. Fortunately there were no more fatalities.

If you knew the facts turdman. The 35 year old "victim" was the brainstorm of the drug manufacturing. He supplied these two kids with the material and, was the idiot that lite a joint that set off the explosion.

His peter-pan mentality killed himself and ruined these two kids immediate

future. The only reason charges were brought was because the " victims" family wanted to avenge his death. Probably why this guy never grew up and face reconfigured responsibilities like a functional, mature, 35 year old would.
