Classes cut? Not for dedicated Harvest Park teacher

Cuts that eliminated special summer school programs for gifted students weren't enough to stop Lynn Gatehouse, a teacher at Harvest Park Middle School.

Thank-you, Mrs. Gatehouse for continuing your good work with "gate" students. My daughter was one of your students, back in the day, when funding was still available for the gate program. It is a shame that that these funds have dried up and gone away. I am so happy you are still in the Pleasanton School District and have expanded your dedication to this, now nonexistence, program. You are a treasure.
