A former mortgage broker and professional party thrower is free on $130,000 bond after being charged with aggravated assault in a July 3 incident at his home, known as "The Mansion," in Livermore.

Really, PleasantonWeekly.com? You remove my comments because it contains "unverified or personal information"? It contained NO personal information and the "unverified" was my opinion that Mr. Hogarty, when I met him on a number of occassions was arrogant and condescending. That is an opinion, nothing more. POST IT and let everyone else be the judge.

Wow, I worked with Bill back a long time ago and I have many opinions of this "person" that I won't post since they will obviously be removed by the site. None of this surprises me one bit and I bet his first ex-wife is thanking her lucky stars. It was only a matter of time before something like this happened. Funny there is no mention of William Hogartys involvement with ACN... I think it is important for the public to know that he is involved with a company that handles people money.
