The Pleasanton Downtown Association's First Wednesday street fair is tonight. The event is being held on the second Wednesday of July because of the Independence Day holiday. The fair takes place from 6-9 p.m. in downtown Pleasanton. Finding Stella will be performing at the Beer & Wine garden Stage. I will be there with my paintings along with fellow artists for "ARTBLOCK" on Main and W. Angela. It's going to be deadly hot so you might see artists sitting on the side lines under the overhang on the sidewalks and not in their designated spaces. We aren't allowed to put up the canopies like the Farmers Market. I hope many of you take a stroll and enjoy the work from a number of artists, some local and others from out of town. Lots of variety ~ Remember to bring water with you while you stroll, it should hit 100's today ~
