Lemonade Project: financial literacy for kids

The Lemonade Project is a student group from Amador Valley High School/California DECA that introduces elementary school students to financial literacy through interactive skits and discussions. The workshop is from 8-9 p.m., Tuesday, July 3 at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton. Visit www.lemonadeproject.tk.

Seems pretty late for a workshop for elementary school students... or is this a "train-the-trainer" type of event?

This would be a great course for our dem officials to take, both locally and nationally. Imagine if Jerry brown had taken this course prior to promoting his high speed rail debacle. And the obamacare tax scheme....never mind, too late for us all...
