Now we should all "redistribute" and ration our air-conditioning systems, according to this eco-democrat socialist NYT author.
It should be noted that this author is also writes for the Journal called "Capitalism Nature Socialism" whose eco-manifesto states, among other things, that ...
"In sum, the capitalist world system is historically bankrupt. It has become an empire unable to adapt, whose very gigantism exposes its underlying weakness. It is, in the language of ecology, profoundly unsustainable, and must be changed fundamentally, nay, replaced, if there is to be a future worth living."
The Obama democrat socialists are intent on "transforming" America back to the 12th century. My opinion is that we conservatives should give them a one-way ticket to socialist North Korea...where they really believe in "equity for all."

I adore air conditioning. Historians have told us how important it is. Without air conditioning Saint Bernard of Clairvoux would not have been able to wage war against the Islamic scourge in the 12th century. Without air conditioning all 12th-century prayer gatherings by the Cistercians would not have been possible. Our Founding Fathers intentionally kept the wording regarding air conditioning in the Constitution vague so as to permit its varied uses, particularly in the nation's military efforts. Thomas Edison could never have made his discoveries without air conditioning. Confederates would have won the Civil War had it not been for air conditioning. Without air conditioning, my husband would be in a constant state of hot tempered road rage in response to my helpful contributions on how he might improve his driving.

GASP! This must mean, by the Law of Stretching Things Too Far, that Obama wants America to return to the 12th Century, which was just before we had air conditioning!! Do we need any further proof that this means he was born in a country that didn't have air conditioning, like hmm...could it be Kenya?!? Why isn't the lamestream media all over this? Could they be biased? Perhaps they think they're so cool they don't need air conditioning? James O'Keefe must be spinning in his grave.

SmartMeters are the tool that will shut off our AC whenever PG&E wants our ACs off. Like the fools of 1940 Germany, we have surrendered control of our lives to PG&E and our BIG Brother government.
