Dear Pleasanton Weekly,

Did you know that Henry Germain was released on bail, this week. What do you know about the release? Thank you!!! Your articles have been so imformative to date but missed the update today.

Emily West is a member (registered user) of PleasantonWeekly.com

It does appear that he is out, as he is no longer listed as an inmate on the Santa Rita Jail Inmate Locator. Several phone calls have been made to his attorney and to the Alameda County Sheriff's Office, to confirm the information, none of which have been returned.

Check the inmate locator again. He was re-arrested yesterday [28th] on new charges.
