Great job by the boy scout and venture crew units of Pleasanton that participated, including troops 941 and 998. Thanks to the VFW and American Legion posts in town for organizing this every year to honor our fallen servicemen and women.

Also thanks to The Rotary Club of Pleasanton who each year comes out to the cemetery with club members, a backhoe, lots of tools, rocks, and fixes up the sites that have fallen in disrepair.

It's a good sign that young men are still willing to participate in celebrating the memory of our Veterans! Way to go Boy Scouts!

The Pleasanton Community Concert Band did a fine job of providing prelude and postlude music for the event. The Band is a real asset to the Pleasanton community.
