This festival used to be nice until the overly entitled San Ramonyites got out of hand. Last year there were dog fights, human fights and piles and piles of dog poop throughout the food vendor areas -- in spite of countless signs prohibiting dogs from that area.

If I want to step in dog poop while being snapped at by out of control dogs off leash I can find another place to do it.
