Hi Jeb,

I am relocating to Pleasanton. Can I purchase one of the apartments or townhouses? Thanks.

How does the 51 homes in the Oak Grove development load traffic upon our city streets and burden upon our schools whereas these 350 unit apartments somehow will not have any effect? Now tell me that all tenants will have no children and all will commute by BART and own no cars. They will walk to Dublin and do all of their shopping there, no?

They will not need to walk to Dublin....... Dublin is coming to Pleasanton!

I might try to get in. Hmmmmmm...I could rent my place and then just make myself right at home in Plutonia! If I play my cards right, I could have somebody pay my mortgage and then some other fools to provide me with a cheap rental. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

All of a sudden, things looks cheery!!!

c u roun town...

Great more traffic and uglier view. Will they be able to fill them with this economy?

If they do are they planning to build more schools for the kids moving in? I had a heck of a time getting my son into Kindergaten last year because it was so impacted.
