So once again fire season is upon us, earlier this year since the winter was short with not as much rain as last year, Once again we are urged to cut our weeds and keep a fire break around the houses, YET as I drove downtown today, I notice the property that runs acorss from the library next to the tracks on Old Bernal/Valley/ Bernal Court over grown with weeds. I believe this is owned by the City of San Francisco? Besides it being fire hazzard, is a unsafe and ugly.
