Tim, good idea. How about a Federal office building that houses a new field office for the FBI and the Dept of Homeland Security Counter-terrorism and Criminal Exploitation Unit and the DOJ U.S. Attorney's Office?
Think of the savings.
This will save on Federal travel/per diem dollars for dozens of Federal employees and contractors for future sting operations in busting other fake universities that offer the Ph.D. of Nurse that will be operating at the downtown PUSD Administrative Offices in the future.

So B. G., what position are you going to run for since you seem to be so unhappy with the folks that have put themselves out there and been elected by a majority of the voters? Oh, I get it, just hide behind some phony name and call other people names--wow, I'm impressed!!

BTW, the meeting was apparently canceled tonight as the school district didn't post the agenda according the Brown Act rules!! Either total incompetence or someone didn't want the meeting to take place. I'm betting it was intentional. . .

There always hiding something. Whats becoming clearer is that the low income housing is a ruze to bring more goverment into town. More schools, more teachers, more police, more postal workers, more FBI, more drug sniffing dogs. Anybody notice anything about this? There all UNION. Except the dogs. Guess we should prepare to pay higher taxes.

Here is what was posted at PUSD:
"Notice of Meeting Cancellation 4/23/12
"The Joint Pleasanton City Council and PUSD Meeting for 4/23/12 has been CANCELLED and will be rescheduled at a later date.
"There was a change in the law at the beginning of the year (AB 1344, Effective January 1, 2012) which requires a legislative body of a local agency to post on its website notices of regular and special meetings. While the agenda notice was posted in hard copy at the District Office, it was not posted to the PUSD website. In light of this, the meeting has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a future date."
Whatever change there was in the law, posting these agendas for regular, special, and joint meetings either for one governing body or for joint meetings with other governing bodies has been required for many years.

Kathleen, don't mind the trolls. You tell it like it is. Theres obviously a conspiracy behind this. First they announce it. Then they don't post it. Then they cancel it. It probrably because we're now on to the filthy scallywags trying to expand goverment and union paychecks once again. How much union corruption are we going to tolerate before we toss all these fools out?

The school district has posted ALL agendas on their website for years. It is not new information for them to do this. This excuse of a new law is just that, an excuse. Someone in the superintendents office dropped the ball big time. Shame on the district for trying to CYA with this excuse.
