No Senate budget - 'deliberate and determined policy by the Democratic leadership'

Startling fact: Since 2009, not one single Democrat member of the Senate has voted "yes" on any budget, including Pres Obama's or their own.
If this is not their most basic duty, then what is? This is naked partisanship, avoiding the real work that needs to be done to set the economy on a stable track, simply for the purpose of political expediency.
Remember in November. The next time you hear a Democrat call the Republicans the party of no, ask who are the real obstructionists?
The real work, shown in a twitter photo: Web Link is to show up at meetings, negotiate, offer amendments, all that boring stuff you can usually watch on CSPAN.
The Democratic budget committee chairman just came out and said they will not vote, not until after the November election. Web Link
Democrats and Republicans in the US House can agree on a budget vote, they just recently voted 414-0 to reject President Obama's 2013 budget proposal.
Remember this? Web Link The Presidential Commission "charged with identifying policies to improve the fiscal situation in the medium term and to achieve fiscal sustainability over the long run. Specifically, the Commission shall propose recommendations designed to balance the budget, excluding interest payments on the debt, by 2015" What was that? Obviously, a simple delaying tactic. Punting on making actual decisions.
Why is the media so apathetic on this issue? Why is Harry Reid allowed to shirk his constitutional duties? Maybe you want to know who these Senators are, here is the Dem budget committee Web Link
