The Dunwells performing on Friday

British pop/rock group, The Dunwells, will appear at 8 p.m., Friday, March 30, at the Firehouse Arts Center, 4444 Railroad Ave., Pleasanton. The Dunwells recorded their first album, "Blind Sighted Faith," in 2011. Their sound is a blend of acoustic and electric roots music highlighted by vocal harmonies. Tickets are $12-$18. More folk than pop/rock, but a nice sound nonetheless.
