It was animal heaven downtown last night as hundreds of owners entered their pets in the popular Pooch Parade, a fundraiser for the Tri-Valley Guide Dog Puppy Raisers. Dogs of all shapes and sizes wearing different costumes joined the affair. Click on the story for a slideshow.
